NB:  The next Yorkshire Fashion Idol will take place in 2010.  

Now in its third year (2008), Yorkshire Fashion Idol is firmly established as one of the key events that encourage young designers to become young entrepreneurs.
Organised by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, the competition aims to showcase design talent in Yorkshire, and the Yorkshire Fashion Idol grand finale takes place at The Great Yorkshire Show (8 -10 July) with the shortlisted designs made up by the Textile Centre of Excellence being professionally modelled by the Louise Morton Model Agency. You’ll need to be available to attend the three days of the Show. Winning provides you with an opportunity to develop and create your own range and label.
